Tune in for MAB20’s livecast #2: ‘Futures Implied: How Media Architecture shapes our cities’

This Thursday, Oct 1st | 18:30 – 19:30 CET at Pakhuis de Zwijger

What future visions are implied in today’s urban technologies?
From media facades and urban screens, to digital platforms and smart city technologies – media architecture has increasingly shaped or cities during the past two decades. None of these technologies, however, are neutral enablers, mere decorative structures, or just simple market places. It is time therefore for the discipline of media architecture to address the implied futures of new technologies. Join us in this conversation and, together, let’s explore what future visions are implied in today’s urban technologies.
